Hi, I’m Selena Ang

It all begins with my first property in Scotland.

My journey in property investment began when at 27 and newly married, I bought a house in Scotland to avoid renting. That decision paid off, as after seven years, my property yielded a 33% ROI, sparking my curiousity about why some properties appreciate more than others.

Now working as a real estate consultant, my experience in tenant management, valuation and asset management give me valuable insights into the industry.
